This book is an annotation on the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as recently amended by the 2019 Proposed Amendments to the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure. The Rules were annotated with pertinent provisions of the 1987 Philippine Constitution, legislations, jurisprudence and issuances of the Supreme Court, and opinions of legal luminaries.
